The main content of the cooperation agreement includes:
- New product development: the two parties will jointly develop innovative yeast-based nutrient products. Lesaffre will provide comprehensive technical support for yeast extract, yeast peptone, and drying protectant products. This collaboration is designed to empower Wecare Probiotics to launch more competitive new offerings and enhance the market competitiveness of both parties.
- Technical support: to jointly achieve higher product quality and stability, Lesaffre will provide dedicated technical solutions to Wecare Probiotics. This will leverage Lesaffre’s specialized expertise to assist in the optimization of Wecare’s production processes.
- Market promotion cooperation: both parties will leverage major platforms, including the China International Import Expo (CIIE), to jointly execute brand promotion activities. These initiatives are designed to significantly increase brand awareness and expand market reach.
